The Extended Stay America Suites, Clearwater, Carillon Park had a lovely kitchen setup that made cooking meals so easy. The room was spacious and had a quaint vibe, ensuring a comfortable stay. Plus, the staff, especially Octavia, was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process a breeze!

I stayed at the Extended Stay America in Clearwater a few weeks ago, and there were some ups and downs. The room setup was very helpful for cooking meals, which I appreciated since I wanted to save some money. The space felt roomy enough, and the kitchen had a nice vibe that made it comfortable to work and relax. The staff, especially Octavia at the front desk, were super friendly and made checking in easy. I also liked that there were muffins and hot oatmeal available for breakfast. That said, the place could use some sprucing up in terms of cleanliness. There were a few missed spots, like dust on the lamps and some corners in the bathroom. I found a few odd smells too. Also, parking was a challenge – limited spaces made it tough to find a spot at times. A bit more attention to detail could really enhance the experience. The location worked well for me, close to many attractions without much hassle. Overall, it did have potential, but improvements are definitely needed to make it a standout stay.

The queen studio I stayed in was well-equipped for a short visit. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the ample space for my belongings.

The room had a slightly stale odor, possibly from previous guests or humidity. The pool area and surrounding facilities could use some sprucing up, and the doors showed signs of wear with peeling paint. During my stay, I encountered some noise from nearby rooms and outside, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

I enjoyed my stay in the Queen Studio. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen setup made cooking meals easy. The staff provided excellent service and was very helpful. The breakfast bar with muffins was a nice touch! 😊

Decent stay, but needs a cleanup

We spent 3 nights in a King suite. The location was super close to the airport, which was a real plus. However, the bathroom was dirty and the room had a funky smell. They do have a nice picnic area though, which was a nice spot to chill. Just be prepared for some cleanliness issues.

Strongly recommend for a hurried visit

Comfortable beds, pleasant staff, the outdoor swimming pool was a nice way to relax before heading out to explore the city.

It was just a commendable fit for a trip in Clearwater with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff helped me carry my luggage to my room, which was nice. Make sure to arrive early if you want to get parking close to your room.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Studio, and I really appreciated the clean kitchen and comfortable bed. The refrigerator worked beautifully, and the hot water was always available. However, the room did have a slight odor, but nothing a little air freshener couldn't fix! Overall, I might consider staying again.
